Are there any other user levels besides Admin? If so what does each level allow the user to do?

I'm not sure what your question is. If you want to give other users limited access to the admin, there's a download available for that. It's pretty easy to use (don't forget to assign yourself access to everything) and you decide which functions are available to which users.
