We have two different shipping locations so we were going to try to solve that issue by not charging the credit card until we deliver so that we can make adjustments if need on shipping charges. Does anyone know if this is possible for paypal 2.0? We just installed it and seems to be working okay with immediate charges. We are running zen cart 1.3.6

Set the payment method to "authorize only" instead of "final capture", or whatever the wording is in the module itself.
Then you'll have to manually capture the payments after the fact..
