Hi,

I have added the Geotrust sidebox mod onto my site ( www.handcrafteduk.com ). However, on page there is a blank box. If you click in the box it displays the certificate!

Currently in /public_html/includes/templates/customtemplate/sideboxes/tpl_Geotrust.php I have this code:

Any idea what the problem could be?

I Had this problem but I deduced it because I didn't have the premium certificate just the quick ssl.

I agree here. If you read the GeoTrust certificate info for what each provides, you'll notice that you only have the option to actually "display" a seal on your site with the Quick SSL Premium or above.

I would imagine their .js code checks to see which cert you have and if it is not the premium version or higher, the seal would not show.
