Sub-Sub categories?

It doesn't look like this is possible and from looking around may not be BUT ya never know huh?

What I need to do is have a category of
Stock Designs >
Sports > ( one sub cat)
Golf> ( two sub cats)
Various products

Can you have 2 sub cats somehow?

Sure.

I wasn't able to create more sub-categories because I had a product already in a category.

Simple mistake, that's how we learn.
