My client's site went down due to a bad hosting company and i had it moved to a new hosting company and it's been installed and the backup database is installed and it looks ok but the shipping is not working corectly, the paypal and credit card and authorize.net is not working correctly....i don't know how to fix it.
Any ideas?

did you run the fix key?
there is a DL available for this,
then try uninstalling the modules and re-installing them through the admin
