Attributes on Product Pg. Alignment?

How and where would I go about moving some of the elements on the product page?

I have 4 upload buttons for attributes, the first one is pushed up because of the Add to cart box.

How can I move Add to cart to the bottom of the product pages?

All of this is in the tpl_product_info_display.php file just insure that you move complete blocks denoted with bof to eof when you re-order these items

I took that code and all the rest of the add to cart code down to eof Add to Cart Box-- Moved it below the attributes tag and nothing happened.

I made a custom template folder:
Is this correct: /includes/templates/custom/template_default/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php

Not quite: this is the correct structure

 /includes/templates/custom/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php

You replicate the same structure that is Under "template_default" but under your "Custom" folder
