    red flag PHPsuexec?

Just got notified by the hosting company of changes to their PHP service to PHPsuexec. How does this affect my Zen-Cart?

The info can be read through the enclosed URL

    Thanks for taking a look.

This should be acceptable as long as you alter the folder/file permissions as required and remove the htaccess files/move desired items to php.ini

Thanks Kobra. The files and folder have been reset by the host (for their protection I guess) and I have checked all the htaccess files. I just wanted to know if there were any other surprises in store (pun intended).

Without knowing all the settings that they have enabled it is difficult to determine if there might or might not be a surprise or 2. I suppose that they are not a dedicated Zen Cart host or they would have addressed all the issues before making the change

My setup is quite simple and straight forward and they are a Zen-Cart host, so I am hopeful with all fingers crossed.
I just checked out a dummy transaction using WorldPay and it functioned smoothly with no glitches - so I'm hopeful and expectant.
Thanks for you support - Zen-Cart Rocks!

Blindside my avatar is a grumpy old cat, just like me and my pal Kato (my cat).
You're right Merlin, they have Z-C on fantastico, whether they are certified or not, I wouldn't have a clue - but they have a good reputation for high securiity. It is VistaPages in Toronto, Can.

Now I just have to get my taxes right and a few other tweeks and I'll be away.

Thanks for all your help and to all on the forum who have helped a grumpy old cat.

    Keith
