Shipping Charges not posted to database

Since upgrading to v1.3.7 the shipping charges are not being posted in the orders_total table of our database.

The result being that the shipping charges are not showing up in the following areas:

• Checkout page 2 Payment information
• on invoices
• in admin orders->edit
• the customer's account view of previous orders (history)

This only affects only the history involving v1.3.7. Orders posted prior to my upgrading to v1.3.7 still show the shipping charges.

Taxes are showing.
Grand totals do include the shipping charges (product + taxes + S&H).

Any ideas what went wrong?

ADDENDUM to clarify my post at 6th February 2007 01:38 PM:

I upgraded from v1.3.0.2 to v1.3.7.
I broke the rules by upgrading the files first, then ran the sql scripts in this order using phpMyAdmin:

• mysql_upgrade_zencart_1302_to_135.sql
• mysql_upgrade_zencart_135_to_136.sql

I made the final update to the database through zc_install.

• mysql_upgrade_zencart_136_to_137.sql

I initially ran my store on the new files without updating the database for several days with no problems. I then decided to upgrade from mySQL4 to mySQ5 and tested for a few hours. Everything was okay, so I decided to bring the database up to v1.3.7 as described above.

I'm not sure exactly at which step the shipping dissappeared from the various screens.

I have reviewed all the SQL lines and verified that the changes to the database ocurred correctly.

There was one error message I was unable to resolve... something about an Array problem. It occurred in one of the first two sql sets. I triple checked the SQL commands against how the database now looks watching in particular for any mention of Arrays but found no discrepancies in the database tables.

I am not seeing any error messages. The shipping detail is simply missing from the checkout payment page, invoices, admin, and from the customer's order history.

and yes..... I have learned my lesson. Next time I will upgrade through zc_install.

I still have not resolved this issue. My v.1.3.7 is broken as indicated. Is it safe to run the zc_installs from v 1.3.5, 1.3.6 and 1.3.7 to try to locate the problem?

misconfigured admin->modules->shipping (ot_shipping)
