Can not log on to website or admin

Hello All.

Can you please help me.

I get the following message when trying to log on to my admin area

Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home/uwantit/public_html/shop/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 72

Also my customers can no longer log on to the shop.

I have not changed any code at all. I am running v 1.3.1 I think.

Please reply to rosenlyst66########################## as well.
