When testing a product transaction via Paypal I get transfered to paypal login as I should. I logon succesfully then upon clicking the "Review Order" button I get the following error:

I have gone to find mentioned lines to edit but dont understand what variables need changed and what to change them to. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
