Turn OFF shopping cart line - Total - Weight - Prices...

I just did what that Article suggested and it didn't work.

I got 1.3.7..

I can still see that line?

Also, when I click on specials, or the boxes...the writing becomes too dark to read, I am guessing because it is set to change colour when the link is clicked...
How do I find where to change the colour?

in your stylesheet towards the top you will find this and you can set the colors to what you prefer:
