Do you have HTML in your Product Name fields?

When you click confirm, the page keeps saying loading, then nothing happens.

So the site just keeps saying loading, and never comes back.

Does it ever collect payment ? ie: do you get money in your PayPal account ?

To answe both questions.

We do not have any HTML in our product names.

Also, the money is credit to our paypal.com account, but the website doesn't show any information for a new order or anything.

do you have any "PayPal***********.log" or "ipn_***********.log" files in your /cache or /includes/modules/payment/paypal/logs folders ?
can you zip the most recent 10 files from each folder and post them ?
