How to add fixed price to product

Hi,

I need to add a fixed price to a every product when people buy it's. It's an sort of tax for recycling. The price to add always the same. What is the best way to do this ?

In the shipping modules there's often a Handling Charge option.

Or just add the amount to the product price and declare that "Price includes X for ..."

Strikes me as "taxing" people for recycling is not a good way to encourage them to recycle!

Yes the goverment like to tax everything here

I used the low_order_fee to add the value of this recycle tax, so now i have a way to atomatic add it to the price.

The problem is i can add it only once. (if people order two items it has to be added twice) Is there some better way to do this ? (add the price to the product is not the best thing to do for me)

In that case, forget the shipping side of it and add it as an attribute as a One-time charge
