Problem... funds are not appearing in Pay-Pal! I set this up for a buddy, showed him the basic admin stuff, and figured he would be on top of it. Only two orders have come in, one yesterday, one from about two weeks ago. I guess the latest payment might not have shown up yet, makes sense, but the Jan. 29 sure should of!
The cart is configured with some loopy attributes to mimic a downpayment ability, but I don't think that has anything to do with this. The orders show up in the cart, status is "Pending." I'd like to get this resolved ASAP.
Should I retest the IPN? Ask the customers if their cards have been charged? Do I need to request show change from 1&1?
Im really stumped, all the docs and posts here that I've read point towards an good config on my part. Apologies if I'm missing something obvious, just freaking out a little here...
