Issues after upgrade

Hi all. I have just upgraded my zen-cart from a v1.2x to 1.3.x (latest version)

The upgrade it self worked seamlessly but I have two questions that I need a bit of feedback on

My index page etc does not look anything like what the old page looked like and I did not have any modifications. The formatting of the page is out of wack.

A more urgent issue that my sendmail functionality is no longer working. I get an errormessage like

Email Error: Could not execute: /usr/sbin/sendmail

This is for all emailing. newsletter, order confirmations and so on.

I contacted my hosting partner but said that it was not their problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check your email settings and try using the Php option.
