Edit the font size of products description on main page

I was needing to know the path to edit the font size of the products descriptions on the main page. I need to edit the products description fonts under "Monthly Specials" and "Featured Items". One other thig, how/where can I edit the number of products shown under each "Feature Items" and "Monthly Specials"
and edit the number in each column and row.

Font sizes you set in your stylesheet.
The other question - settings are within the admin>configuration section.
