Products Wont Show Up - Please Help!

Hello, I am having a problem with my products. In the Admin section under Categories and Products, it shows the quantity of products active in each category. However, when I click on the category to see the products, it only lists some of the products and not all of them.

For example, I have a category called Rods and it shows there are 271 products active. When I click on the category to see/edit the products, only 9 of them are listed!

What's causing this problem and how do I go about fixing it??

Did you import your products?

Can you check if your products have a master_categories_id in the products table via phpMyAdmin?

Hello, yes I did import my products using EZ populate and I checked in phpmyadmin. Next to the field 'master_categories_id', it shows 'int(11)' for the type, collection and attributes are blank, and 'No' for Null. Am I missing something that should be here?

If you browse the products table, each product should have a master_categories_id

You may have a bad import in addition to missing data in the tables for:
products
products_description
categories
categories_description
products_to_categories

Find your database in phpMyAdmin ...

Find the products table in your database ...

Click on Browse ...

Do all products have valid master_categories_id settings?
