    Default Contact Us drop-down: 1 email not sending

    I'm having a rather weird problem with my Contact Us form. I have five options set, and through testing, I have discovered that when the 5th option is chosen, the email sent from the Contact Us form never arrives. This seems consistent, no matter which option I move into that 5th position.

    All other store emails send and receive fine.

    Here's what I have in 'Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List':

    <DarinLand @ DARINLAND.COM>, Customer Service <customerservice @ DARINLAND.COM>, Order Status <orders @ DARINLAND.COM>, Returns <returns @ DARINLAND.COM>, Security and Privacy <DarinLand @ DARINLAND.COM>


    I'm probably missing something simple!

    You need that to read:
    Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List
    On the "Contact Us" Page, set the list of email addresses , in this format: Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>
    Example:
    Fred <fred@your_domain.com>, Bob <robert@your_domain.com>, Customer Service <customerserv@your_domain.com>
    You appear to be missing the name on the first email ...

    Oops! That was actually a copy and paste error on my part in the post. My name field is there on Admin, I just accidentally left it out when I pasted my settings into my post. Here is what they really say!:

    General Questions <DarinLand @ DARINLAND.COM>, Customer Service <customerservice @ DARINLAND.COM>, Order Status <orders @ DARINLAND.COM>, Returns <returns @ DARINLAND.COM>, Security and Privacy <DarinLand @ DARINLAND.COM>

    I don't have any problems with the names in the dropdown menu. They're all there, and email sends to every name, except the last one--and I have shuffled the names/emails as a test. Sending to the last entry in the list always fails, no matter what the name or email address.
