Placing statistic code in ZEN

Is it possible to put my hidden statistic code into my zen cart to find out the pages people are going to. I was thinking of putting it into the Header or would this be a bad place. Below is the code I will be placing in.

You can put that code in the header... or you can do it in the main page template just before the closing body tag /body. Then your page will load before your counter, which may be better for your customers if StatCounter has a problem.

please note that the code you displayed will create an SSL issue unless you either use a secure url or set it up to NOT count sl pages

Thanks for that, but which file exactly should I put the code into in the templates section

There's no SSL pages on the web page

then place it in the
includes/templates/YOUR TEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php

just above the </body>
