Sate/Province Issues after upgrade

Hi

I am having problems with Sate/Province when creating an account for new customers.

My site is here http://www.logo-golfballs.co.uk/

When creating an account, for the first time, on checkout, The State/Province input area is a text box, not a drop down, is how I prefer it. Please note that for the purpose of predominantly UK customers I have amended the text to read County/Province.

If you input a county (state), e.g. Devon, then hit submit, you are sent back to the form and asked to choose a state/province from a drop down NOT A TEXT BOX - most peculiar!?

This all happened after an upgrade to 1.37, from 1.36.

Any one have any ideas?

It appears to be working now ... perhaps you had missed some files on the upgrade?
