    Default attributes not displaying correct in IE

    Hi All

    I'm having problems with my attributes displaying correctly in IE,
    In Firefox all is ok they align across the page without any problems, but they just want to hug the left hand side of the page in IE.
    As the product i am selling has loads of options the need to align across the page or my customers will be scrolling forever,

    This is what i have done so far

    In tpl_modules_attributes i removed the first 2 <br class="clearBoth" />

    Then i added #productAttributes{
    width: 850px;
    Height: 100%
    float: center
    }
    #productGeneral .centerColumn{
    float: none;
    }
    to the end of
    /*wrappers - page or section containers*/
    in my CSS.

    This solve this problem on a old site

    Thanks for any help

    Andy

    hey there,

    first of all, i do not completely understand what you mean, maybe you can explain it again...

    also, there is no float-value like center. read more here: float @ w3schools.com
    an element can float either left, right or none. it's important to understand how float works, so read the page at w3schools.com

    to get a normal line-break after a floating element, it's better to use a "<div style='clear:both'></div>" instead of the "<br style='clear:both'>", because ie6 has problems with that one.

    Hi,
    I am still having a major problem with this.
    I have done all i can think of.
    This is what i have done so far.
    Deleted all "<br style='clear:both'>" in my attributes.php this made no difference so i restored the file, messed about with the float settings in my css file, i have also removed both "<br style='clear:both'>" from my tpl_modules_attributes.
    I have changed the settings in option names and this has nearly sorted it but the attribute images over lap.
    Any ideas
    Thanks
    Andy
