Unable to Log into Admin after site transfer

I just moved hosting companies from Godaddy.com to Sashbox.net. Awesome performance with sashbox and fixed my "slowness" issue. My problem is I can no longer log into the admin. All settings looks correct but getting this error.

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[db_cache table]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Try with phpmyadmin loading the DB and checking the box next to DB cache and emptying this table(not drop it just empty the contents)
