paid subsciption help

i signed up for a paid subsciption to the commercial area so i could get assistance. now i want to stop that subsciption and cannot figure out how. please help. when i go to the paid subsciption area of my cp, there are no options to stop the subsciption. only options to purchase it for longer.

i love zen cart! but this part is rather poopy if you ask me...

i get an email that says...

Your access to the paid subscription "Commercial Help Wanted Subscription" is about to expire.
To extend this you must visit http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/payments.php

If you do not extend your subscription access will be removed.

but the cp area clearly says that the subscription is self-renewing. so the email and cp do not agree in terms.

so i just keep getting charged for the subscription and can not find the discontinue option in the cp.

thanks, i know that now, but at the time i thought i would need to be able to read the posts to get the big picture or full answers.
