Product Info Layout

My problem: I just installed the Forefox Web Developer Tools and am going to need to take several days to examine and test it's features...I am a beginner with this tool but learn quickly. I want to change my product info layout as shown here:

If someone can show me how to accomplish this I can then use that example to begin figuring out how to use the developer tools. When I currently open Edit CSS and Outline Elements and Display Elements in the WDTools, I can see all the info but need an example to put it all together.

where do you install the firefox web developer??? or where do you get it. or both. thanks
