I cannot do this site. And I dont know if this belongs in here. Is there a spot to request a developers services? I really havejust given up on trying to finish this sit e and need a web designer. Any suggestions?

I'm certain you can do it yourself. Once you get past the learning curve, you'll wonder why you thought it was so complicated.
