Another admin login problem

Hi:

I installed Zen Cart in my PC successfully under the following setup:

- Windows XP Professional
- Apache Web Server 2.2.3
- PHP 5.2.1
- MySQL 5.0.27

I can access my store, but I can't access the admin panel. Every time I try to login, I get the same page asking me for username and password. Things I've tried:

- The fix_cache_key thingie
- Renaming .htaccess

But none worked... oh and the same happens under Explorer 6.0 and FireFox 2.0.2...
