Installing zen cart

i have downloaded zen cart and have put it in my public_html folder but when i go to my web address the zen cart intaler doesn't come up this does

Looks like you loaded from 1 directory too deep ...

On the left side of your FTP program you should be in that Zen Cart directory ...

If you are loading to the root of your site, then you would load into the right side when looking at the /public_html or whatever your root directory is ...

Otherwise, you can load to a subdirectory such as /catalog or /shop etc.
