Help !! Customers unable to login

Hi, just starting testing the Order Process and found Customers can be created, but once they login, they just keep returning to the login Page so they never get to place the order. The Admin Reports shows the login Count is incremented, so where to from here.
Setting use Cookies on or off and Sessions in DB makes no difference.

So I setup a new Clean 1.3.7 install with a new DB sample data only (no modification) with the same result.
Web Server running on Windows 2000 IIS and MySQL DB 5.0.22 on Windows 2003.

Any ideas to help resolve this issue would be very mucg appreciated.

Resolved. Turns out that SSL must be enabled for this to work.

I am having the same problem. I tried to enable SSL but I still cannot login as a test customer. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

OK I am officially a dummy. I was just reading through my previous posts, and apparently I answered this question for myself before. HA HA

Here is the fix.

Admin -> Configuration -> Sessions

Set Recreate Session to FALSE

Hope this helps anybody with a similar problem
