    red flag Admin Logs/Reports

    Hi All,

I was wondering if a Mod has been made to pull the information out of the Admin Activity Log table from the DB and show the details in the Admin section?

I know in the Tools -> Store Manager you can delete it all, but I would also like to be able to see who all is doing what in the Admin section as there is 2 Admins who update the site regularly (Myself and one other) and then the Store Owner (Client). My Client is new to this sort of stuff and HAS NO CLUE what he is doing and I want to make sure he doesn't screw up what I have done. I know there is an Admin Profile Mod but I don't want him to feel if I lock him out of certain sections that this is not his store as it is.

Thanks much for any help on this in Advance.

For some reason I can't figure that out either - how do you actually access the admin logs to see what kind of record is in there.
    Thanks

Well I know you can view the logs in your PHPMyAdmin section of your cPanel from your host (pain to do), but I would like to be able to view it from within the Admin section of the Store.

    Thanks all.

So does this mean it will delete customer data?

No, Customer data is not affected by this.

What happens is anytime an admin logs into the Admin section it tracks what that person does in the Admin section which includes every page, every link clicked behind the scenes.

The table in the database will GROW real quick. So every once in awhile it is best to delete the information from that table.

    Hope that helps
