Turning Discount coupons back on

My customer wanted me to take off the option to have discount coupons so I uninstalled it form the admin Modules > Order Total. Now - a few days later - she wants the option back on there and it won't let me turn it back on. I am clicking on the line but it just highlights it. The url is: lotusswimwear.com/catalog. Please let me know!

When you go into the Modules ... Order Totals ... and click on Discount Coupons ot_coupon ... there should be an Install button on the right side of the screen ...

i know there should be. But there isn't. Sorry I didn't specify that in the previous post. Even when I click on any of the other modules there isn't an uninstall option. Somehow they all got removed.

Do you perhaps see an error on that screen if you read it slowly?

The last line under all of the modules listed should read:

Module Directory: /home/your_username/public_html/your_catalog_dir/includes/modules/payment/

Then you should see a nice grey/blue box on the right ...

If you had errors caused by an order total module then this will not draw correctly ... and the right side could not complete to show you the button ...

HELP

I am actually experiencing the same. I cannot edit any of the order total modules. Yesterday this was fine but today no install/edit buton.

I did previously install the group_price_per_item contribution but uninstalled this - I copied all original files back and ran the uninstall sql to delete the extra column in the products table.

I cannot see

Module Directory: /home/your_username/public_html/your_catalog_dir/includes/modules/payment/

Can someone please help restore access please

Sounds like something is broken in one of your files in the:
/includes/modules/payment
Check that you only have your original files in there and not copies, bak files etc. as this is a self loading directory ...

Ajeh you are a Star - I had a backup file in the order_total dir

No if I can figure out the VAT calc for discount groups....

I have tried re-uploading the original files for the includes/modules/payment folder and it is still not turning back on.....please help

Unless you change the code on the server, the code does not alter in how it functions ... so, you have me rather baffled ...

The final results ...

The break was the files:
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php.nodb
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php

The first one is confusing things as it autoloads and conflicts on class name I renamed it:
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php_nodb_BROKEN

The second is confusing things because in the languages:
/includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php

this is the code and not the language file ...

I have renamed both files so they will not autoload:
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php_nodb_BROKEN
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php_BROKEN

Notice where I added the _ in the file extentions ... so that they do not autoload ...

To fix the file for zip tax, you could try loading the correct language file:
/includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php

and then rename:
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php_BROKEN

back to it's proper name:
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_zip_tax.php
