Problems with missing information on paypal's site

I've almost completed a project using zen cart. But I'm having huge problems getting paypal to play nicely. I am constantly confronted with the following screen when I try to check out.



I've re-installed the paypal module several times, ensure that there were no errors that I could find. I even installed the 1.3.7 patch that Dr. Byte posted. Yet I'm still facing this error. So does anyone have any ideas on what can be done to fix this.

I'm not sure what exactly would be causing that.
Can you simulate the same checkout, but don't click on the "continue" button on page 3 of checkout. Instead, use your browser's View Source, and then save the source to a TXT file and either post it here or PM me with a link to the TXT or ZIP file so I can review it?

I just want to analyze the codes being sent to PayPal, and they're on the page I directed you to above.

Please clear your browser cookies and cache and test again.

I had the same problem happen to me once during testing of PayPal things recently (since the original poster's post above) and when I cleared the PayPal cookies things worked fine again.

Any other possible solution will be highly appreciated. I really don't want to go through the upgrade process to 1.3.7, as I have too many modifications and add-ons. Thanks very much.

I experienced the same when using the paypal IPN option, the item name is missing and no order are recorded in Zen Cart

I don't have the source code accessible at this point in time, however, I found a solution in the paypal express checkout. Which oddly enough works flawlessly. So that is a solution to that client. However, I will try to replicate the errors on the dev server for that project, and get back to you with my findings when I get the time. :)
