Swedish å, ä, ö in drop down search?

Greetings,

I have yet to find an answer to this problem. It might very well be due to my own incompetence, but I've really put some effort into it. Have searched for string in website files, and gone through forums as well, but no go joe.

OK, question:
How do I add letters to the drop down search function "Search for products starting with..." (I wanna add the Swedish å, ä and ö)

Any assistance appreciated.

Try: /includes/modules/product_listing_alpha_sorter.php

I'm sure the answer is there, but I'm not near my dev. machine now, so I can't confirm!

Thanks, but...

...I haven't been able to see what to do/add/change in the product_listing_alpha_sorter.php file.
Any additional help appreciated

I checked both files. it seems something eludes me.

Wow this thing has really dragged on

I never actually got around to check it out (forgot it sorry). Can't promise I'll check it out anytime soon as I'm busy as ever, but if I get to it I will post my findings here
