Customize the contact us page

I am having issues trying to customize the contact us page. It shows the address of the company but its not in the format I would like it to be.

Also I was wondering if it was possible to set up another form for users to be able to send emails. Im working on a bowling website and need to be able to send the users drill information with a form to an email address. I started to make the form in HTML that would be linked to exernaly but I would prefer for it to be like the rest of the site. To give ya an idea of the form here is what I have so far.

Without seeing your PHP, it's tough to say how to fix the address. Are you calling the address that's listed in Admin > Configuration > My Store > Store Address and Phone? If so, don't forget to wrap the define in nl2br().

That drilling form is cool! I like the graphical hole layout in the background. If you want to put the form into the Zen Cart framework, you can use the contact form as a starting point. You should also read up on the templating system (search forums, hit the wiki and FAQ too).
