Send their webmaster an e-mail asking for it to be removed. if this still fails, write them a letter and put it in the mail.
We are all looking forward to your new store on a new host. GOOD LUCK, and come back to the forum when you're ready - we'd all love to know how things are going.

I just wanted you to know I'm having problems as well with ftp in vodahost/bluevoda....Okay I have run into some problems and it seems I'm not alone.... I setup my zen cart and followed the tutorials and information on their side of the wall. But then I need to gain access to my ftp files co that I can customize the cart within my cpanel.....? I'm either doing something wrong or I can't gain access.... googled my problem and found this thread as well http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...t=60748&page=3...
1.what i'm trying to do is customize my zen-cart
2.but i need to gain access to my ftp files
3.went into cpanel ftp and tried filezilla and I get a reistry editor
"adding information can unintentionally change or delete values and cause components to stop working correctly. If you do not trust the source of this information in c:\******* (my informatiom)do not add it to the registry
are you sure you want to continue?"
I choose yes
I get soemthing saying they have been added but nothing happens after that! Any idead of what I'm doing wrong.... I cant find anything about filezilla on my computer or that it has been downloaded... I can't gain access to my main directory in ftp manager...
Hello,
I'm using Blue Voda too, with zen cart in my website.
And they provide you with FTP access, and for me (4 websites running on BV), it has allways worked ok.
I guess maybe you are just trying to do it the wrong way.
To access FTP in Blue Voda
look in your computer list:
programs>
BlueVoda folder>
inside, you have BlueFTP.
Click on it
Open it, click connect (top left corner) log in with your bv user details, and you have full access to all your site files trough FTP.
Hope this helps.
