form to email - apply online v purchase - extra details for specific products

Hello all,
I am trying to set up an online store with Zencart.
Due to the nature of business, there will be a mixture of products that can be purchased as standard through the website, and also some products that I want to list in the same way/categories- but will require an 'apply' button instead of add to cart/purchase etc... and it will need to take the customer to a form to email page (or similar) for that type of product instead of trying to make payment. is this possible with Zencart? and if so how do I go about doing it? Also taking down additional personal details for products that a customer can purchase online, but will need extra details for registration ie... with more than just delivery address details - ie... £99 for Ltd companyformations etc will need more alot more details than delivery address and name etc....

I took one look back and thought I would be better of re-phrasing the question as less of a mess.
