As a twist on Ajeh's suggestion, you could try installing a fresh v1.3.7 site (with the latest PP patches) and test whether you still encounter the same problem. Then you can decide where to go from there ...

I tried by another tiny shopping cart system and no such message received. I guess it is the problem of Zen-Cart. Maybe I will have to upgrade......
