Have to create a new DB table???

So, I got brave enough to try and install the user tracking mod onto my heavily customized site. I thought everything was going well as nothing needed to be overwritten, just a few additions which I can do. I got to the point where it said I have to create a new table in my database! How do I do that???

I know VERY little about mysql. I can access phpmyadmin, however I dont know the first thing about how to use it!

Is there someone who can tell me what I need to do here to add a new db table? The instructions for this mod are not clear at all. It just says:
"A new database table needs to be created to store your site visits."
Can anyone help in step by step instructions how to do this? I dont want to screw anything up. I'm pretty nervous about playing around in phpmyadmin, but if its something simple to do, I can probably brave it, I just dont know how. Thanks!

Ok, I got into phpmyadmin and I see where to create the table, however how do I know how many fields to add? Do I have to name it anything specific? These are the things I am confused about. Once I add the table, then what? Do I need to edit any files to tell it what table to use? Again, the mod instructions do not explain any of this, so Im going into this blindly and would appreciate anyone that could help. Thanks!

copy the contents of the .sql file into the textbox at
zen cart admin-> toiols -> sql patch updater

hit go

Ok, I guess I was making this out to be harder than it was LOL I thought I had to do a bunch of manual stuff, but I guess it is installed. I didnt manually create any table, but I have the user_tracking in admin now, so Im keeping my fingers crossed that its going to do its job LOL Thanks.
