Problem with admin>orders.php

First let me say that everything is working fine as far as function goes....this is a question where my headings got messed up in this one place in my admin panel. (somehow). I've attached a screenshot of my admin panel on the orders page. The red arrows indicate where the headings are messed up. This is the only page in my admin panel that has this problem.

I used Developers Tool Kit to locate that this is where the problem is.

Again, orders are working fine and are correct...except for the headings on this page. It's not a problem, except that the headings stretch the page and I know the headings are not as they should be. Just a little annoying to scroll across.

I've looked at the file and will readily admit that I am clueless on which part of this file tells it to have the normal heading instead of this code looking thing.

Any help is appreciated.

Your /admin/includes/languages/english/orders.php file is missing or corrupt.
