help question PayPal with multiple websites ??

    Well hello there...

Do you or someone you know have multiple website on a single PayPal account?

Because of the IPN and the return URL, you can't actually have two websites on the same account.

So okay, I'll open another account for each website. But, hey, I only have one set of bank accounts, and they claim that you can't have two account with the same bank account number.

Has anyone dealt with this shenanigans and solved the problem?
I'd be interesting in knowing how to deal with that.

help question Re: PayPal with multiple websites ??

    Hi Merlin,

If I understand you correctly, regardless of what we've entered into the preferences at the PayPal site, ZenCart overrides those settings with the values that we provide on the Zen...

    That's great news! Thanx Merlin.

Do we also send along the name of the custom payment page template that we want displayed?

In your Zen Cart admin area, looking at your PayPal module, you'll see an option to specify a Page Style.

On the same subject can I ask a different question ?

    Ok I will :-)

I have number of sites too but my problem is using different PayPal Page Styles.
Even though I have selected the correct Page style in the "Payment Modules: ' zencart PayPal still showing default paypal (primary) style.

I do not want to make my zencart Page style 'paypal' but only the the page style I have created which corresponds to the zencart .

here is my settings below. Question is why PalPal isn't showing the correct banner and correct page style?

according to paypal, they say unless its either set to 'primary' or linked to a button , page style will show 'primary'.

Is there a solution to this ?

    Thanks

Check that there aren't any extra spaces at the beginning or end and everything is spelled exactly the same.

I had a similar problem and it was due to having an extra space at the end.

No spaces. I have changed its name and then copy and pasted then checked if there was a space at the end/beginning in zen . all look fine but still not working.
