every now and then, an order will seemingly continue as normal, and we receive notification from paypal
that a payment has been received, but zcart does not record the order at all it seems. no order notification email, no invoice , no increment of customer order total, nada. we tried trawling through the database using the IDs from the paypal email, but nothing.
it only seems to happen with one or two orders every now and then, usually they are over €100.
if anyone has a solution for this, please let me know as it is very inconvenient and bad for business.
