[NEW ORDER] - Need to change that part of subject line

I need to change the [NEW ORDER] part of the subject line on the email that comes to the site admin when and order is placed.

I have looked in quite a few places for this including email_extras.php and the email folder files, as well as classes/order.php.

I can't find it anywhere.

Can someone please tell me what file to edit to make that change?

When in doubt ... do a search in the Tools ... Developer's Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box type in what you are look for such as:
[NEW ORDER]
NEW ORDER

Then select either the Catalog, Admin or Catalog/Admin from the dropdown and click search ...

This will locate for you all occurances of where this text or variable or constant etc. are used in the code ...
