Quantity Discount giving error on shopping cart

Hi Everyone,
I am having a problem with the quantity discounts and was hoping for some advice/help.
I set up my quantity discounts using actual price with the product price manager. My table is displayed as
100 - 199 | 200 - 399 | 400 - 799 | 800+
2.90 | 2.60 | 2.40 | 2.00
The problem is when I input a quantity amount for 250 I get an error in the shopping cart which reads:
Please update your order ...
Product Name: Name of product... Quantity Units errors -
You ordered a total of: 299 Min: 100 Units: 100
I would like my visitors to be able to order any quantity amount inbetween the price breaks. I am not
sure what I did wrong and I am hoping someone can help me get this right.

Go back to the catalog entry for this item Admin->Catalog->Categories/Products, navigate to this item, and then set Product Qty Minimum to 1, Products Qty Units to 1. I think this is what you want.

Thanks Scott. That did solve the problem but I had to keep my quantity at 72 because of the quantity pricing. Changing the Units to 1 as you suggested corrected the problem.

Sorry for the misfile..I originally searched the forums for quantity discounts and it seemed the majority of them were written in this part of the forum. I do have a few more questions as I struggle through setting up my page.. so I will post them in basic config Thanks again for your help.
