Define Pages Editor Issues

I am in need of assistance... I was making some changes to a page within the "Define Pages Editor" in Admin, when I experienced an error message. Not sure at all what happened. It seems now that all of the define_pages are out of commission.

Maybe someone can shed some light on this error...

Define Pages Editor for: english
Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: Stat failed for /home/jemenvyc/public_html/includes/languages/english/html_includes/. (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /home/jemenvyc/public_html/myshop/define_pages_editor.php on line 22

This error just repeats itself down the page.

I tried overwriting the files with backups, but this dod not fix anything.

I just found out that my hosting company has been making changes to CPanel and php on their servers.
Could this have anything to do with my "Define Pages Editor" issues??

Everything else seems fine, just the Define Pages files and some of the associated template files.

Can anyone explain what happened and/or offer ideads on what I can do to fix it?

i just had huge problems with my host too
I kicked up a stink and they finally fixed it, but i needed to upgrade to fix some left over errors. Luckily I was due to upgrade.

Turns out, it was directly related to the hosting upgrades. Whew!!
Everything is now back to where it should be.
