A few questions first

Before i download this thing and bury myself in the code (since what I want to do is definately not something these carts are designed for), some simple questions:

1. When you say 'multiple language support', how close does this get to being able to display a product's description in chinese for a chinese visitor, english for an english one etc?

2. Can the sign-in be via an external login system like windows live id?

3. If I seriously hack the code so it behaves how I want it to, am I going to be able to use the features to keep the cart up-to-date?

Your users have the choice of choosing any language you have installed.

No

Not as easily.
