I am having a problem having customers submit orders. For example if they choose to pay via money order or personal check everything goes through fine until they reach the last page and click submit order. After that a blank white page is displayed with:
Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function.
The order however shows up in my admin manager. What do I do to fix this?

I also did a test, so order emails are also not being sent out. Anyone please have any info on how to rectify this?

Perhaps a poke around the email settings for your site might help.
Admin->Configuration->Email Options

Every host has their own email setting requirements.
