Privacy Notice Problem

I have been busy changing all of the items in the Information sidebox using the Define Pages option in the tools section of admin. All has worked perfectly except for the Privacy Notice. My changes have been saved, however the Privacy page has the title "Privacy Notice" and then a drop down box below it saying Sort by. This sort gives various options for sorting products. This is in fact the privacy page before I made my changes but my changes are definitely recorded. It seems like this code calling the page has a problem but I do not know where to locate this code.

I have solved the problem by copying the file "tpl_privacy_default.php" from the default folder to my custom template folder.
