Integrating Paypal Express Checkout

I am trying to integrate Paypal with my Zencart (version 1.3.7). The IPN checkout button seems to be working fine. However, the express checkout is not working. When testing, at first, I would receive an error code 10002 stating that the website was misconfigured with both sandbox and live mode.

I removed and reinstalled the Paypal modules and while IPN still works fine, the Express Checkout button is now taking me to a page not found (error code 404).

What am I doing wrong or am I missing something?

Is there a way to turn the express checkout off and just use the IPN module? I tried to go with Google checkout, but the integration is way over my head
