Sub Catergories Mid Page

Hello,

Before the recent ZC update, all my subcatergories choices were present in the catergories sidebox and also in the middle of my page.

After I updated, the subcatergories only show in the catergories sidebox and it is empty in the middle of my page now.

is there a way to fix this?

My problem is the reverse, I want the subcatergories choices in the catergories sidebox to stop showing up in middle of my page.

Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings >
Categories - Always Show on Main Page [show selected cat w/ its subcats in center]
Main Page - Opens with Category [0=all cats, #=particular cat]
Categories - Always Open to Show SubCategories [menu shows subcats when topcat selected]

Here is what I have set currently...

Categories - Always Show on Main Page [set at 1]
Main Page - Opens with Category [set at 0]
Categories - Always Open to Show SubCategories [set at 1]

unfortunately... nothing happened...

any of areas i should look at?
