HTML Editors Not Working

I have tried every forum and every post I can find and nothing still seems to work, none of the editors are working.

Is there a mjor bug of some sort causing this not to work.

Any got any solutions?

I give up on finding the fix. Since none worked.

Scratch the last post. client forgot to mention he did core editing. Now fixed.

My editors arent working - They work in admin but when a file is saved it just shows as html on the front end?

I am using xampp but it does it on live sites also.. Anyone know why this is?

That's a bug in version 1.3.9g. Upgrading to 1.3.9h will fix it.
