is there any way to import old database info into my new store.
i.e.
had a store up and running for a while, collected lots of names and info...
did a backup of the store before doing the upgrade and when i did the upgrade i lost everything (as i thought i would im new at this)
since i have the backup is there any way to import all the old info i had?
